    This portion of the resident portal is controlled directly by the leasing staff. It is a great way to provided needed information to your residents quickly and efficiently. Thus impacting leasing staffs operational efficiency and enabling them to focus on leasing units. The message board can be updated as often as necessary and also gives residents the ability to filter through past messages in case they missed any updates. Go Circa encourages all leasing staff to say “Hello”, “We love our residents”, Go Team or “ Be safe this holiday weekend” through the message board’s non-intrusive means of communication.

    As more and more Americans utilize the Internet to get their news, Go Circa makes sure they do not have to go far to do so. Go Circa incorporates local news, sports and weather for each property through RSS feeds from local news providers in the area. Residents appreciate the ease and convenience this section provides. Get your news and get going with your day, the Go Circa way.
  • What’s Nearby
    Nothing is more convenient and says you care for your residents like a map of the surrounding area. Go Circa customizes their map to meet the needs of new residents. Take some of the anxiety out of moving for your residents and comfort them with the portals Nearby Places section. Here we focus on where the closest convenient store is, where the best restaurants are, what doctors are in the area and where one can find a pet store. This portion of the resident portal lets your residents know you care and you understand their concerns when moving to a new place. It’s one more small thing for your community to make it genuine and unique. It’s the small things that make your residents happy and keep them renting longer. Impact their experience as soon as they move in.
  • Pay Rent / Maintenance
    Online payments are a must in today’s apartment world. Many property management teams utilize software to process their payments and manage the maintenance requests (Yardi, Property Solutions, Appfolio, RealPage, etc.). Go Circa understands the value of these management tools and makes it easy to incorporate already established software management tools into the resident portal. Don’t have a pay rent option? No problem. Go Circa can leave this tab off the portal or assist in finding an online payment option. Don’t have maintenance request software? No problem either. Go Circa’s team will customize the portal to funnel all complaints, maintenance requests or general comments straight to an email(s) of your choice. We also house all requests on the back end for a convenient and organized way to keep track of residents’ needs.
